The Vestil TG-1200-S-H-96-84 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a flexible barrier designed to control drafts, dust, and noise at doorways and loading areas while preserving visibility and ease of access. Built from fire‑resistant vinyl, the door strips are self‑extinguishing and provide a clear line of sight for personnel, which supports safer, more efficient workflows in busy spaces. The standard overlap header mounting creates a simple, low-cost solution that can be quickly installed to reduce heating and cooling losses without compromising entry/exit flow.
Construction features a smooth, pliable PVC compound that remains flexible in cooler environments, helping maintain functionality in facilities with refrigerated or cold-storage areas. The design focuses on straightforward maintenance and compatibility with standard mounting hardware, with the understanding that installation hardware is not included. This model is shipped as a ready-to-install unit, with the standard overlap configuration suitable for many doorway widths and traffic levels. In practical terms, the strips’ clarity aids in hazard awareness while the vinyl surface resists grime and is easier to wipe down between uses.
Typical applications include doorways between heated and unheated spaces, loading docks, and work areas where reducing air exchange is beneficial yet visibility and quick passage are important. The product is listed with a header mount and standard overlap style, and is packaged as individual units. For sizing and installation specifics beyond the standard, customers should reference the manufacturer’s notes and confirm that the chosen door width and strip count align with their doorway dimensions before ordering.
