The Vestil TG-1200-F-H-144-192 PVC vinyl strip door provides a flexible barrier for controlled environments, helping to reduce drafts, dust, and noise while enabling clear visibility for pedestrian and equipment traffic. Designed for header mounting with a full overlap configuration, this door measures 144 inches wide by 192 inches high and is supplied as a single unit. The clear strips allow users to see through the door, supporting safety during entry and exit while the pliable vinyl remains usable across a broad temperature range.
The door is manufactured from fire-resistant vinyl that is self-extinguishing, an important consideration when used near loading docks or external doorways where incident heat may occur. The material is formulated to deter UV exposure from direct sunlight and to function in low-temperature environments, which can help maintain energy efficiency and reduce heating or cooling costs in connected spaces. The smooth surface design facilitates easy passage for personnel and equipment, contributing to smooth workflow in busy facilities.
Ideal use cases include warehouses, manufacturing floors, and cold or controlled-temperature areas where a flexible barrier is needed without a solid door. Installation is straightforward since all doors ship pre-assembled; however, mounting hardware is not included, so you’ll need to select appropriate header-mount hardware for your doorway. When selecting size and configuration, ensure the 144" W x 192" H dimensions fit your doorway and that the full-overlap header design aligns with your opening for optimal door performance.
