The Vestil TG-1200-F-H-144-168 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a full-overlap, header-mounted doorway solution designed to create a flexible, energy-efficient barrier for high-traffic openings. Crafted from fire-resistant vinyl, the strips are self-extinguishing and provide clear visibility while helping to deter UV rays in sun-exposed dock and external doorways. The result is reduced drafts and associated heating or cooling costs, along with maintained interior cleanliness and safety in busy industrial environments.
Its low-temperature capability is supported by a softer PVC compound that remains pliable in cold conditions, ensuring consistent performance in refrigerated or cold-storage areas. The smooth surface design facilitates easy entry and exit for personnel and equipment, while the clear strips maintain visibility to help prevent collisions or surprise encounters at the doorway. The construction is intended for quick, pre-assembled installation, with the door shipped ready for mounting, though installation hardware is not included.
This model uses a full overlap header design, suitable for openings sized up to 144 inches by 168 inches. As a header-mounted, full-overlap vinyl strip door, it is positioned to minimize air exchange and help control dust, fumes, and smoke in the doorway while maintaining a degree of visual access. For sizing, compatibility, and installation considerations beyond the listed configuration, customers should confirm that their opening dimensions match the 144 in. x 168 in. requirement and plan for hardware separately.
