The Vestil DGL-LED-Y-DC is a polycarbonate LED loading dock guide light set designed to help align a truck trailer with a dock door, improving accuracy and safety during docking maneuvers. Built to perform in varied lighting, the LED fixture provides bright, highly visible guidance both in low-light enclosed bays and in daylight, supporting clearer visibility of the dock opening for drivers, forklift operators, and warehouse personnel alike. The rugged polycarbonate construction contributes to durability in demanding dock environments, while the luminaire’s design supports straightforward mounting on vertical surfaces adjacent to the dock area.
Each fixture houses multiple LEDs to deliver a strong signaling presence, with a power input rated for 12–24 VAC or DC operation. The system is intended for versatile deployment, suitable for indoor use to mark door openings or outdoor use where enhanced side lighting is beneficial. Its visible color presentation enhances recognition by operators from a distance, which can reduce misalignment incidents and improve efficiency during loading and unloading. The product is specified as a complete set with a defined number of LED lights per fixture, and is intended for installation as a simple, driver-friendly solution rather than a complex electrical retrofit.
Ideal use cases include loading docks in warehouses with limited lighting, enclosed bays, or areas where clear dock visibility supports safer trailer alignment. Consider ensuring compatible power routing for 12–24 VAC/DC input and confirming mounting surfaces are suitable for vertical installation. The package size is listed as Each, indicating a single LED guide light fixture per unit, with installation described as easy on vertical surfaces to suit typical dock configurations.
