Vestil EH-75-45 is a heavy-duty electric hydraulic dock leveler designed to streamline loading and unloading at high-usage dock locations. The unit operates with a simple push-button raise sequence that powers the hydraulic system to lift the deck, after which the lip automatically extends to meet trailers for efficient material transfer. As soon as the raise control is released, the deck settles onto the trailer and, when the vehicle departs, the dock leveler returns to the down position via a built-in limit switch, enabling safe cross-traffic operation. A red emergency stop on the control box provides an immediate safety shutoff, and the leveler includes telescoping steel toe guards on both sides flush with the platform edge to help protect workers and equipment during operation. The model is configured with a 45,000 lb uniform capacity, suitable for moderate to heavy loading scenarios within busy facilities.
