Vestil EH-75-40 is an electric hydraulic dock leveler designed for high-usage loading docks. It uses a push-button hydraulic system to raise the deck, at which point the built-in lip automatically extends for efficient loading and unloading. Once the operator releases the raise control, the deck descends to rest on the trailer, and includes a red emergency stop on the control box for immediate shutdown if needed. When a vehicle departs, the deck returns to the full down position, trips a limit switch, and settles into the level cross-traffic position to maintain safe access for subsequent operations. The unit is equipped with telescopic steel toe guards on both sides, flush with the platform edge, to reduce pinching hazards and provide added protection in busy dock environments. In standard configuration, it operates with 460V 3-phase power, and Vestil notes a uniform capacity of 40,000 pounds with a service range of safety-adjusted +/- 12 inches above the dock. The model is sized at 86 inches wide by 50 inches long with a 24-inch deck depth, and ships as a single unit with a 40,000-lb rating, suitable for medium- to high-volume material handling tasks where quick, reliable lift-and-load capability is needed.
