The Unger Pro Window Cleaning Kit UNGPWK00 is a complete system designed for professional window cleaning tasks. It combines an 8-foot Opti-Loc two-section extension pole with a lightweight, rigid reach to help you access high or hard-to-reach panes without ladders. The kit includes an 18-inch Original Strip Washer with a synthetic deep-pile material that effectively lifts dirt and lifts away grime, paired with Pro Stainless Steel Squeegee Handle and two Pro Stainless Steel Channels featuring rubber blades (14-inch and 18-inch) for flexible, streak-free drying on different window sizes. A large sponge (8-5/8" x 2-3/4" x 3-7/8") offers a versatile option for light scrubbing or pre-soak applications, and a Pro Trim 10 scraper adds a precise edge for removing stubborn debris. Together, these components provide a comprehensive solution for professional cleaning workflows, enabling efficient soil removal, controlled water flow, and rapid squeegee action from ground level or elevated positions.
The combination of metal channels and rubber blades ensures durable performance and consistent blade contact with the glass, while the 8-foot reach minimizes the need for ladders on many tasks. This kit is packaged as a single unit, simplifying procurement and ensuring all necessary pieces are compatible from the start. When using the kit, select the appropriate blade size for the window dimensions and dirt level, and pair the extension pole with compatible Unger fittings to maintain structure and water control during cleaning. Regular inspection of the blade edges and removal of dried residue from the sponge will help maintain effective performance over time.
