The Litetronics GL59UR40DLP is a round LED garage light designed to upgrade parking or facility spaces to high-efficiency illumination. With a 59-watt configuration operating on 120–277V and delivering up to 7,800 lumens, this DLC Premium-rated fixture aims to improve visibility and safety in parking environments while reducing energy use and maintenance costs. The design leverages a polycarbonate Fresnel lens and a wide 160° beam angle to promote uniform light distribution across large areas, potentially lowering the number of fixtures required for effective coverage.
Constructed for versatile installation, this luminaire supports surface or pendant mounting and features an easy-mount connecting plate that facilitates hands-free wiring for surface mounting. The unit is dimmable via 1–10V and offers options such as an optional microwave motion sensor for occupancy sensing and daylight harvesting, which can be programmed on the unit or through a remote accessory. The fixture is rated for damp locations and is built to operate over a wide temperature range, contributing to reliable performance in typical garage environments. With a claimed efficacy up to 133 lumens per watt, it provides strong efficiency at its rated output while maintaining color rendering and light quality suitable for commercial spaces.
In terms of compatibility and maintenance, the GL59UR40DLP is intended for facilities seeking a long service life (listed as 50,000 hours) and dependable operation in spaces that require consistent lighting with reduced total cost of ownership. The product packaging indicates a single-unit configuration, and its 11.49" mounting length and 4.59" mounting depth inform mounting planning and clearance in retrofit projects. The 4000K color temperature offers a neutral white lighting option that aligns with many existing garage lighting schemes, contributing to consistent daytime appearance and visibility for drivers and pedestrians.
