The Kutol 9930BLK Counter Mount Dispenser is a 1000 mL foam soap system designed for high-traffic restrooms where quick, clean refilling is a priority. The unit is constructed with durable ABS plastic and accented with stainless steel, available in black for a discreet, modern look. Its notable feature is an above-counter refill design that uses a patented dock and resealable refill bags, allowing you to remove the pump head, insert the refill bag, and twist to open, letting soap flow into the sealed reservoir. This sealed, self-contained system minimizes air and water exposure to reduce contamination risk and eliminates spills and leaks associated with under-counter refills. When full, the dispenser is capable of providing approximately 1,300 hand washes, making it suitable for medium to high-use settings.
A key practical advantage is easy installation and retrofit—no partially filled cartridges to dispose of, and the system supports “top-off” refills to maintain a steady soap supply without complete cartridge changes. The design is ADA push compliant, aligning with accessibility requirements in many facilities. The dispenser uses about 0.75 mL of foaming soap per hand wash, which contributes to reduced soap usage per wash compared with many bulk pour or liquid dispensers, potentially lowering ongoing consumption and waste. The KUT9930BLK is sold in cases of six, facilitating stocking and maintenance in larger operations while preserving inventory consistency at the point of use.
