The Riley Velia Safety Goggles (SKU: GGLRLY00221) are designed to deliver reliable eye protection with a wide, 180-degree wraparound lens that enhances peripheral visibility while offering impact resistance. The soft PVC/TPE frame pairs with a padded face seal and a comfort-fit nose bridge to improve comfort during extended wear. An adjustable pivoted elastic strap, with an optional buckle for helmet compatibility, provides a secure, customizable fit that can be adapted to various head sizes and over prescription eyewear when needed. A spare cleanroom rubber strap is included, supporting cleanroom environments where contamination control is essential. The goggles also feature a molten metal splash protection capability, making them suitable for industrial settings where splashes may occur.
Constructed to maintain clarity and durability, the Velia pair uses a hard-coated Clear PFT lens with a 92% light transmittance, enabling good visibility in typical work environments. The frame color is black and red, and the design supports wearing over prescription glasses if required. The goggles comply with ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020 standards, reflecting alignment with established eye protection criteria. A spec sheet is provided to verify the product’s technical details and material characteristics for procurement and safety program documentation.
These goggles are appropriate for a range of use cases including manufacturing, construction, maintenance, and laboratory tasks where dust, airborne particles, and orbital impact protection are considerations. When ordering, note that the package size is a pair and case quantities are 100 pairs per case, which supports stocking for teams or departments. For maintenance and replacement planning, the included spare strap supports continued use without disruption, and the option to fit over prescription eyewear can reduce the need for separate corrective lenses in some workflows.
