The SightPROTECT Employee Prescription Safety Glasses Program is designed to be simple to administer and easy for employees to use, with clear steps from enrollment through eyewear purchase.

Step 1: Program Setup

We establish your company’s SightPROTECT account and assign a unique account number. You receive a member benefits sheet outlining program details, coverage, and employee eligibility.

Step 2: Admin Access & Employee Enrollment

Your designated program administrator receives secure access to the SightPROTECT website. From there, the admin:

• Enters eligible employees into the system

• Prints a member ID card for each employee

• Distributes the member ID card to the employee

Step 3: Frame Selection

Employees choose a pair of frames from our master list of safety glasses.

Step 4: Employee Eye Care Visit

Employees take their member ID card to any participating Eye Care Provider. The provider verifies eligibility and dispenses prescription safety glasses according to your program guidelines.

Step 5: Ongoing Support & Visibility

The program remains easy to manage with centralized access, standardized processes, and clear documentation for audits and compliance.

On-Site Program Communication

To support adoption and compliance, we create a customized, client-specific poster that visually explains how the SightPROTECT program works. Posters are designed for break rooms, safety boards, and HR areas to ensure employees understand the process at a glance.
