Built around the durable Dräger X-plore® 8000 helmet, the system features a clear polycarbonate visor that provides excellent visibility while protecting the user from airborne contaminants and physical hazards. The helmet’s rugged construction with rubber protectors and IP65-rated sealing helps resist dust and water intrusion, making it suitable for demanding daily use.
The set includes the Dräger X-plore® 8500 blower unit, which uses intelligent electronics to monitor system performance. Automatic airflow checks, calibration functions, and a two-level alarm system help maintain safe operating conditions. A high-capacity lithium-ion battery provides extended runtime of up to 20 hours depending on working conditions and configuration.
