Better Brush 630216 Long Bristle Rotary Pad Driver - 16"

The Better Brush 630216 Long Bristle Rotary Pad Driver is a 16" diameter tool accessory designed to drive polishing, buffing, scrubbing, and stripping pads and bonnets with a firm, straight-bristle action. Its long bristle design helps cushion and guide the pad, providing consistent contact and agitation during operation, which can contribute to more efficient cleaning cycles on a variety of surfaces when paired with compatible rotary machines.

Constructed with black polypropylene bristles and a rigid support, this pad driver features a 1" trim bristle length for extended reach and effective pad engagement. The bristles are straight and stiff, enabling them to grab and drive pads effectively while maintaining control during high-speed use. This model specifically accommodates 16" pads, and it is indicated that 1" risers can be ordered separately to tailor height for different machines or applications. Available sizes range from 10" through 21", offering flexibility for different rotary systems.

When selecting setups, consider the need for proper pad alignment and clearance between the driver, pad, and work surface to ensure efficient operation and to minimize wear on bristles. The 16" diameter and 1" bristle length should be matched to compatible pad sizes and machine speed per the manufacturer’s guidance. The unit is packaged as a single 16" pad driver per order, with no listed case quantity, and uses polypropylene materials suitable for typical janitorial and surface-maintenance tasks. Users should inspect bristle wear and replace the driver when bristles begin to degrade to preserve efficient pad control and consistent results.
