The Better Brush 770118 is an abrasive nylon rotary brush designed for light to medium-duty scrubbing on concrete, terrazzo, and tile floors in commercial settings. With its 120-grit abrasive bristles and a 1-3/4" trim, this brush focuses on lifting stubborn grime while maintaining a manageable contact footprint for consistent cleaning performance. The bristles are natural and stiff, crafted to provide effective abrasion without excessive clogging, enabling more efficient scrubbing during routine janitorial tasks. This item is intended for wet use, leveraging water to activate the abrasive action and help flush debris away as you work.
Key construction features include a 18" diameter brush head made with nylon bristles, colored green to help identify material type and application. The 120-grit spectrum offers a balance between material removal and surface finish, making it suitable for lighter commercial scrubbing on hard floors. The brush is sized for use in standard rotary machines and is sold as a single unit. Maintaining a wet cleaning approach is recommended to maximize abrasive efficiency and minimize residue buildup.
