Better Brush 660720 Nylon Rotary Carpet Scrub Brushes - 20"

The Better Brush 660720 Nylon Rotary Carpet Scrub Brush is a 20" cleaning accessory designed for rigorous carpet maintenance. Constructed from nylon, this rotary brush is suitable for several carpet scrubbing applications, offering the rigid brushing action needed to lift soil and debris from carpet fibers when used with compatible rotary floor machines. The design emphasizes durability and effective brushing performance for maintenance or restoration tasks in commercial or industrial settings.

A distinguishing feature is the optional, adjustable height plate that bolts under the carpet brush to bear part of the buffer weight. By adjusting the plate height, you can tailor the scrubbing strength to the specific cleaning task, helping to optimize agitation while protecting the carpet backing from excessive pressure. Note that a separate 1" riser is required to enable this adjustment, which affects how the brush interacts with the surface and equipment during operation.

Practical use of this brush includes routine deep cleaning of high-traffic carpets, grout lines in tiled areas adjacent to carpeted zones, and spot-cleaning tasks where a nylon abrasive is appropriate. When selecting this brush, verify compatibility with your rotary cleaning machine and confirm the 20" diameter matches your equipment pad and guard configurations. The package is listed as Each with a standard case quantity of 1, aligning with typical maintenance spurts where a single brush is used per machine head. Proper maintenance involves inspecting the nylon bristles for wear and ensuring the adjustable plate and mounting hardware remain secure for consistent scrubbing performance.
