The Better Brush 660412 Soft Poly Rotary Brush is a lightweight, economical option designed for lighter-duty scrubbing on waxed or finished floors. Its softer poly bristles provide gentle yet effective cleaning when paired with a detergent, helping to maintain floor finishes while removing residue from routine maintenance cycles.
Constructed with polypropylene bristles measuring .020 inches in diameter, this 12-inch brush balances maneuverability with adequate coverage for small- to mid-sized floor areas. The soft bristle construction offers lower aggressiveness than harsher materials, which can help prolong floor finish life while still delivering practical cleaning performance. Compared with natural fiber brushes, the soft poly bristles generally offer longer life than natural fibers but shorter life than nylon, informing replacement planning in maintenance schedules.
Suitable for janitorial applications where a lighter touch is appropriate, this brush is available in sizes from 10 inches to 21 inches, with a packaging configuration of one brush per package. When selecting a brush, consider the floor finish type, detergent compatibility, and desired cleaning aggressiveness to ensure compatibility with your maintenance routine. Proper use and routine inspection will help maximize performance and determine replacement timing for continued effective scrubbing on finished floors.
