The Better Brush 660213 Stiff Nylon Rotary Brush is a heavy-duty cleaning tool designed for general-purpose scrubbing on medium soils while protecting delicate floor surfaces. Constructed with white nylon bristles, this 13-inch brush provides a medium level of aggressiveness and an extended bristle life, making it suitable for routine maintenance on decorative floors without scratching tile, terrazzo, or coated finishes. The bristle trim measures 1-3/4 inches, contributing to a balanced scrubbing action that can tackle moderate soils efficiently.
Key construction details include the use of durable nylon bristles with a .030 inch diameter, selected to deliver reliable scrubbing performance while maintaining surface integrity. The brush is available in sizes ranging from 10 to 21 inches, allowing selection to fit compatible rotary machines and workspaces. This product is packaged as a single unit and is listed under the janitorial category, aligning with common floor-care workflows that require consistent, replaceable brush components for maintenance programs.
When choosing this brush, consider the typical soil level of your floors and the finish you are cleaning. The nylon composition minimizes risk to sensitive surfaces, but performance will depend on proper contact pressure and machine speed. Regular inspection of bristles for wear and edge fraying helps ensure continued effectiveness, and replacing the brush when bristles begin to lose their rigidity will maintain scrubbing efficiency and surface protection.
