Better Brush 620116 Wire Bristle Rotary Brush - 16"

The Better Brush 620116 is a 16-inch wire bristle rotary brush designed for heavy-duty cleaning tasks in janitorial and facility-maintenance settings. It is intended to cut, strip, and scrape the heaviest soils and old floor finishes when used with compatible rotary equipment, providing an aggressive brushing action suitable for stubborn residues. The brush’s construction emphasizes durability for demanding cleaning cycles, with steel wire offering higher aggressiveness compared to many standard grit brushes.

Construction and features include a 16-inch size with a steel wire brushing surface to maximize soil removal capability. Routine maintenance guidance is provided to help preserve brush integrity: clean the wire brush after use and spray the bristles with lubricant to reduce corrosion and cracking. Storage guidance advises against leaving the buffer with the wire brush mounted. Operators should wear gloves when handling wire brushes to mitigate hand injury risks, reflecting the inherent hazards of metal bristles during use and handling.

Typical use scenarios involve stripping and scrubbing heavily soiled floor surfaces or removing old finishes in maintenance environments. The product is offered in a range of sizes from 11 to 21 inches, with a package configuration listed as Each and a case quantity of 1, indicating it is sold individually and packaged for easy inventory management. While specific compatibility with brands or buffer models is not stated, the 16-inch diameter sizing is a key factor to verify against your equipment’s wheel or pad dimensions to ensure proper mounting and performance.
