Better Brush 461024 Concrete Finish Broom - Poly - 24"

The Better Brush 461024 Concrete Finish Broom is a lightweight hand tool designed for applying or texturing finish on freshly poured concrete. This 24-inch broom head uses a polypropylene construction and features a lacquered hardwood block with a 1-inch-wide block surface and a textured bristle trim of 2 5/8 inches, enabling controlled application of non-slip coatings or fine surface textures. The broom is threaded for compatibility with common handles, and its design supports hand use for work in tight spaces or for targeted touch-ups where larger tools can’t reach.

Constructed to accommodate concrete work, the 24-inch head offers a balance between coverage and maneuverability. It’s available in both Polypropylene and Horsehair configurations, and in 24-inch or 36-inch lengths, allowing users to select a size and bristle type that aligns with the specific finishing task. The inclusion of a threaded handle hole ensures a secure connection to compatible handles, reducing tool wobble during use. This product is packaged as a single unit, with case quantities available for purchase by facilities or maintenance teams.

Ideal use cases include smoothing, texturing, or creating a controlled finish on freshly laid concrete surfaces, as well as applying non-slip textures. When selecting a finish broom, consider the bristle trim length and material—polypropylene bristles typically provide durable performance for coatings and finishes, while horsehair options may offer different tactile results. Proper maintenance involves cleaning debris after use and ensuring the threaded connection remains secure for reliable operation.
