The Gerson Elite Dispenser Starter Kit (190 Micron) is designed to deliver clean, consistent filtration for painting applications. This kit uses an automated production process with triple-cleaned mesh to promote filter purity and reduce the risk of contaminants entering finishes. Color-coded filters simplify micron-size identification, helping maintain an efficient workflow in busy shop or field environments. A distinctive tab enables no-touch dispensing from a patented dust-free dispenser, which supports more hygienic handling and minimizes the chance of introducing particulates into the coating process.
The 190-micron mesh option is well suited for waterborne paints, producing smooth, dependable coverage, while the kit also accommodates other mesh sizes (including 80, 150, and 260 microns) to accommodate both waterborne and solvent-based paints. This versatility allows users to tailor filtration to their specific paint system and application requirements. Packaged as an individual kit, it’s intended for ongoing use with compatible dispensers and replacement filters as part of standard maintenance practices in professional painting operations.
This product is categorized for facility maintenance and provides a practical solution for professionals seeking reliable filtration performance in their dispensing workflow.
