The UUP-998 coil pad is a 12-inch wide urethane pad with a 6-inch flat section designed to cushion and protect stored coils and surrounding flooring during handling and transport. Crafted from durable urethane, it offers abrasion resistance and load-bearing support essential for safeguarding heavy materials from surface damage and impact. The design features edges beveled into a V-shape, which helps reduce snag hazards and promote cleaner transitions when guiding coils across work surfaces. Available in bold color options—Yellow, Red, and Orange—these pads can aid in visual identification and inventory organization across facilities. The standard configuration ships as an individual unit, with lengths offered in standard sizes up to 10 feet and custom lengths available to fit specific storage or equipment layouts.
This product focuses on practical, applicable performance aspects rather than cosmetic details. Verified dimensions specify a 12-inch width paired with a 6-inch flat segment, ensuring compatibility with coil dimensions and workspace requirements where a stable, low-profile support is advantageous. Packaging is listed as Each, facilitating straightforward deployment into existing material handling systems without the need for additional assembly. When selecting a color, consider visibility requirements and workflow color-coding practices to improve safety and efficiency in busy storage and loading environments.
