The Cordova BC21W/10 Bouffant Cap is a white polypropylene head covering designed for use in food handling, processing, and general service environments where hair containment is important. This cap helps maintain hygiene by preventing hair from shedding into products or processes, supporting compliance with food-contact handling practices when used as part of a PPE or cleanroom routine.
Constructed from polypropylene, the cap offers a lightweight, economical option suitable for disposable use. It is specified to comply with all FDA food-contact guidelines under 21 CFR Parts 170-199, aligning with food safety expectations in facilities that require protective head coverings for hygienic operations. The product is packaged and sold in case quantities of 1,000 units, making it practical for high-usage environments such as food processing lines, catering, and warehousing where inventory turnover and restocking speed are important.
When selecting this cap, consider its white color for visibility and standard sizing expectations for quick donning and disposal. The case quantity structure supports centralized stocking and streamlined distribution within facilities, though it is important to verify that the single-use policy and local regulations align with disposable head coverings in your operation. Cordova Safety Products emphasizes a broad range of hair, beard, and shoe covers for varied applications, including electronics, assembly, and warehousing, which may inform compatibility decisions with other PPE or process requirements.
