The Cordova BC19W Bouffant Cap is a white, 19-inch polypropylene head covering designed for clean, lightweight use in food handling, electronics assembly, warehousing, and related settings. It provides a simple, economical solution for hair containment with a pleated design that helps accommodate different head sizes and promotes a secure, comfortable fit during shifts or processing tasks. This model is latex-free in its pleated configurations, which can be important for environments with latex sensitivities.
Constructed from polypropylene, the BC19W is a disposable option suitable for environments requiring basic hair and particle containment with minimal risk of fiber shedding. It is manufactured for bulk use, with each carton delivered in a 500-unit case, helping facilities stock multiple workstations or units without frequent reordering. The material is noted to comply with applicable food-contact regulations under 21 CFR Parts 170–199, indicating suitability for transient contact in food-related applications when used as part of standard hygiene practices.
When selecting sizing and options, the BC19W family offers additional sizes, colors, and materials to fit varied requirements. Always verify compatibility with your reuse or disposal policies and surface contamination controls in your facility. To maintain compliance and performance, follow your organization’s PPE usage guidelines and proper disposal procedures for disposable head coverings.
