The Occunomix TSE-IMBZX-O is a hi-visibility orange vest designed for lightweight, high-visibility work environments. This mesh vest features self-extinguishing polyester fabric to enhance safety in heat or spark-prone areas, paired with 2-inch flame-resistant reflective tape for conspicuity in low-light conditions. It includes a 5-point breakaway design and a quick-release zipper, providing a rapid separation option if snagging or entanglement risks occur. The vest is ANSI Type R/ Class 2 compliant per its labeling, and supports up to 25 washes per ASTM D6413, offering practical durability for repeated use in demanding settings.
Construction includes a self-extinguishing polyester mesh and a simple pocket layout with two pockets: one on the left chest and one inner lower pocket, which support carrying small tools or documents without adding bulk. The design integrates a Mic Tab to accommodate compatible accessories or equipment labeling, and a breakaway feature enhances safety when a quick release is needed during activity. Sizes range from S through 5X, with the orange color coded to M-5X sizing for a subset of sizes, ensuring suitable fits for a wide range of workers.
Suitable use cases include construction, facility maintenance, electrical, and light industrial tasks where high visibility is required and there is potential exposure to spark or flame. Practical considerations include the breakaway mechanism and quick-release zipper, which can be helpful in confined spaces or when free movement is essential. This vest is packaged as Each with a case quantity of 50, making it suitable for bulk deployments or on-site stocking. For best results, follow care guidelines aligned with the ASTM D6413 standard to maintain flame-resistant performance across wash cycles.
