The Occunomix 940-068 Miracool Neck Bandana in navy is a cooling accessory designed to help employees stay comfortable in warm work environments. This cotton bandana incorporates super absorbent crystal polymers that activate in approximately 15 minutes when soaked in cold water, providing hydration without the need for ice or freezing. Once activated, the fabric remains hydrated for days, offering ongoing cooling relief during extended shifts or outdoor tasks.
Constructed to be worn around the neck, this bandana focuses on ease of use and practical cooling where it’s most needed. The product is sold in individual packaging with multiple case quantities available to support crew buys and bulk purchases. Color is listed as black in the specifications, but the product name and general description reference navy; if precise color matching is critical, confirm the current color variant before ordering. The spec sheet linked in the downloads section can provide additional technical details relevant to procurement and compatibility with your safety program.
When selecting this neck bandana, consider its use for heat-stress prevention during high-temperature tasks, outdoor work, or environments lacking immediate access to air-conditioned break areas. The bandana is designed to be a simple, reusable cooling solution that activates with cold water and does not rely on freezing methods. Packaging is described as ‘Each’ with a case quantity of 504 units, which may influence stocking decisions for maintenance, repair operations, or personal protective equipment programs. For best results, hydrate the bandana according to the activator guidelines and replace or refresh as needed based on work intensity and environmental conditions.
