PIP J1027 Large Standard Smooth Black PVC Jersey Lined 12"

The PIP J1027 is a durable work glove designed with a black PVC coating and jersey lining to provide reliable hand protection for wet or oily environments. Featuring a 12-inch gauntlet cuff, this glove offers extended coverage to the wrist and forearm, helping to keep debris and liquids from entering the sleeve during use. The smooth finish on the outer surface reduces snagging and allows for easier donning and doffing, while the jersey lining adds a comfortable interior layer that helps manage moisture and helps improve grip when handling slippery materials.

Construction details emphasize a PVC coating paired with a jersey inner lining, resulting in a glove that's suited for tasks requiring oily or wet material handling, light mechanical work, and general assembly or fabrication duties where hand and forearm protection is beneficial. The garment’s 12-inch length and gauntlet cuff contribute to extended coverage, which is advantageous when splashes and splatter are a concern. Packaging is specified as a dozen per package with six dozen per case, aiding in inventory planning and bulk purchasing for maintenance teams or facilities that require consistent glove supply.

Practical considerations include inspecting the black PVC coating for uniform thickness and any signs of wear that could compromise protection, and ensuring proper sizing for a secure fit. As with all chemical-coated PPE, verify compatibility with specific chemicals or solvents in your work environment and follow appropriate handling protocols. Note that the product data indicates jersey lining, PVC coating, black color, and gauntlet cuff with a 12-inch length, which are essential for ensuring the glove meets the needs of tasks involving splash protection and grip in challenging conditions.
