Majestic Glove 33-4476 Orange Cut-Less with Sandy Nitrile Palm

ANSI Cut Level A4

ANSI A4 provides medium cut resistance for tasks involving regular exposure to sharp edges and materials. It is commonly suited for manufacturing, automotive assembly, sheet metal handling, construction, maintenance, and material handling applications where increased cut protection and good dexterity are needed.

Understanding ANSI Cut Levels

ANSI/ISEA 105 cut ratings range from A1 to A9. Higher ratings indicate greater cut resistance:

A1–A2: Light cut protection

A3–A4: Light-to-medium cut protection

A5–A6: Medium-to-high cut protection

A7–A8: High cut protection

A9: Maximum cut protection

HPPE

HPPE is an excellent choice for PPE that requires high levels of cut protection without sacrificing comfort or dexterity. Its high-strength, lightweight fibers provide excellent resistance to cuts and abrasion while remaining flexible and comfortable for extended wear. HPPE is especially well suited for cut-resistant gloves and sleeves used in manufacturing, metal handling, glass handling, assembly, and other applications where workers need dependable protection while maintaining precise hand movement.

Sandy Nitrile

Sandy nitrile is a durable, textured glove coating designed to provide excellent grip and abrasion resistance in dry, wet, and oily conditions. Its rough, sand-like finish helps channel liquids away from the gripping surface while increasing friction for more secure handling. Sandy nitrile coated gloves are commonly used in automotive, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, warehousing, and material handling applications where dependable grip and durability are important.
