Cordova 7701 Impact, OGRE, Synthetic Leather

The Cordova 7701 OGRE glove is designed for demanding tasks that require strong grip and impact protection in oil, gas, and refining environments. The glove combines a hi-vis synthetic leather palm with a four-way-stretch spandex back and a durable thermoplastic rubber (TPR) reinforcement, providing a balance of dexterity and impact resistance for high-activity work. Silicone-dotted palm surfaces enhance grip, while a Kevlar-reinforced thumb crotch adds durability in areas of extra wear. The neoprene cuff with TPR pull tabs ensures relatively easy donning and a secure fit, helping keep debris out and moisture off the hand during tough job-site conditions.

This design supports tasks where grip strength, abrasion resistance, and visibility are important. The combination of synthetics and reinforcement materials is intended to withstand repetitive hand movements and intermittent exposure to tough environments, though exact performance will depend on usage conditions. The glove’s hi-vis color aids visibility on busy sites, contributing to overall safety without making guarantees about all hazards.

For practical use, the Cordova 7701 is supplied in cases of 72 pairs, with each pair sized and packaged for individual use. The product is identified by the manufacturer part number 7701 and is categorized under PPE with a material composition of synthetic leather and a neoprene cuff. Keep in mind that while the glove includes CE/EN 388 rating 2243, this description does not reinterpret or conflict with that documentation and should be referenced against certified test results for precise compliance details. Maintain digits of the glove as part of standard stock rotation and check the case quantity when planning bulk purchases.
