PIP 2C Qualatex Disposable Latex Finger Cots are designed for precision handling tasks where finger protection and cleanliness are important. These finger cots are made from 100% natural latex, offering a snug, dexterous fit that helps minimize direct contact with delicate components during assembly, inspection, or labeling work. The mildly powdered formulation aids donning and reduces friction against surfaces or components, which can improve tactile feedback during detailed tasks. While latex provides good flexibility and sensitivity, users should note the potential for latex allergy in wearers or nearby individuals. The product is RoHS compliant, aligning with requirements to limit certain hazardous substances in electronics and other sensitive environments.
In typical use, these finger cots protect fingertips from oils, residues, and minor contaminants without the need for full gloves, making them suitable for light-duty laboratory tasks, precision printing, cosmetology services, or general inspection work where fingertip protection is desirable but full glove coverage is unnecessary. The natural color helps visually detect contamination relative to light-colored materials, and the lightly powdered coating facilitates quick hand-donning in fast-paced settings. The cots are packaged and sold by case, with a case quantity of 20 units, aligning with workflows that require steady supply for small teams or task-based use.
Users should ensure appropriate sizing for each wearer to maintain sensitivity and grip. As with all latex products, confirm compatibility with latex-sensitive individuals and consider alternatives if there is a risk of allergic reaction. The provided packaging specifies a case quantity, enabling budgeting and stocking planning for supply rooms, labs, or shop floors where disposable fingertip protection is needed for short-duration tasks.
