The PIP 97-520/12R CleanTeam Medium Weight Cotton Lisle Inspection Glove is designed for tasks where hand contamination must be minimized, such as inspection and electronics assembly. This glove emphasizes cleanliness and precision by using a two-piece, reversible pattern crafted from 100% cotton fabric, which helps reduce overall fiber shedding compared with more traditional glove constructions.
Key design features include a rolled hem that sheds less lint and a cotton lining, contributing to comfort while maintaining a cleanwork environment. The two-piece, cut-and-sewn construction supports consistent fit and ease of use, and the gloves can function as liners under disposable or unsupported liquid-proof gloves when additional protection or barrier performance is required.
Ideal for applications that require careful handling of sensitive components or assemblies, these gloves are white for easy inspection visibility. The CleanTeam line is sized and packaged for bulk distribution, with a packaging configuration reported as a dozen per pack and 25 dozen per case, facilitating inventory management in manufacturing or quality-control settings.
Compatibility considerations include using these gloves as a primary clean handling layer or as liners under other gloves, depending on the task. Since no material certifications or standard alignments are provided in the record, buyers should verify that the glove’s cotton construction and lint-shedding characteristics meet their specific cleanliness and contamination-control requirements.
