PIP 40-C2130 CleanTeam Light Weight Seamless Knit Polyester Clean Environment Glove

The PIP CleanTeam Light Weight Seamless Knit Polyester Clean Environment Glove is designed for low-lint handling in controlled spaces such as paint rooms and pharmaceutical environments. The seamless knit construction provides a comfortable fit that helps reduce hand fatigue during extended wear, while the polyester filament yarns contribute to low linting and abrasion resistance in everyday handling tasks. The liner is polyester, and the gloves can be worn under disposable or other liquid-proof gloves when an additional layer of protection is needed. Polyester yarns are known for washability with minimal shrinkage and potential for multiple uses in clean or incident-cleaning workflows, and these gloves can be sterilized to meet certain hygiene and contamination-prevention requirements. They are silicone-free, which helps reduce the risk of material interactions with sensitive processes that may be affected by silicone residues.

With a white, seamless knit design and a gauge of 13, these gloves are suitable for precise, low-lint handling in controlled environments. They are intended for use where a clean, comfortable glove is needed without introducing lint or silicone-related concerns. The CleanTeam line supports standard cleanroom practices by providing a non-powdered option that can be integrated with other PPE layers. Notable practical considerations include their suitability for warehousing, light assembly, and assembly-intensive tasks that benefit from a breathable, low-lint glove. They are sold in a dozen per package, with case quantities available, and offer customization for custom print gloves when needed.
