The Aero Healthcare ATW25 AEROTAPE Waterproof Fabric Tape is a medical-grade adhesive tape designed for securing bandages, IVs, tubing, and other devices in wet or damp environments. The tape combines a waterproof adhesive with a fabric backing to provide reliable fixation while minimizing skin irritation and enabling gentle removal when needed. This 1 inch by 5 yard roll offers a balance of width and length for versatile application in clinical and home healthcare settings.
Constructed to perform in challenging conditions, the waterproof adhesive helps maintain position of dressings and devices even in moisture-rich areas. The fabric construction adds strength and conformability, supporting tack and adhesion without excessive stretching. The tape is intended for use on patients where moisture control is important, and it is designed to be torn by hand for quick, on-the-spot adjustments without tools.
Typical use scenarios include securing IV lines, catheters, dressings, tubing, and other device attachments in hospitals, clinics, and home care environments. Users should consider skin sensitivity and follow standard wound-care protocols when applying, ensuring that the tape is placed to avoid excessive tension and that removal is performed cautiously to minimize discomfort. This product is cataloged as a general first aid tape with a specified package size of one each per unit, and its part number is ATW25, aligning with Aero Healthcare’s AEROTAPE line.
