The CGW 48111 is a 5 inch diameter fiber disc designed for heavy-duty material removal and blending on metal surfaces. It combines a high concentration of zirconia with heat-treated aluminum oxide grain to deliver aggressive cutting action while maintaining heat resistance during grinding. The zirconia grain is engineered to fracture in a controlled way, providing a consistent cutting performance across the life of the disc and helping to extend service use on welded joints and flat metal work.
