The Accuform NMC PSB611RDYL Wet Zone Store-Boards are designed to help organize cleaning and sanitation tasks in moist environments by color-coding tools and equipment. This board, crafted from Max-Duty aluminum, serves as a Shadow Board with a Red board color and Yellow shadow color, enabling quick visual segregation of items to prevent cross-contamination and to support HACCP-based control points within facility maintenance workflows.
Key construction details include a board designed for wet environments with the ability to mount or mobilize as part of a broader system. The board measures 68 inches in height by 30 inches in width and is sold individually. The product line offers a Combo Kit that includes stainless steel hardware and tools matched to the shadow color, while the board-only option provides the foundational element for color-coded organization. The frame for mobility is available separately, allowing teams to relocate the store-board as processes change or spaces reconfigure.
Practical use focuses on clearly identifying zones for specific cleaning tools, reducing the chance of cross-contact between different cleaning tasks. When considering this product, note that it is a board-only option with the option to add hardware and matching tools via the Combo Kit. This allows facilities to tailor the setup to their workflow and environment, while keeping the visual cues consistent across the operation. Size and packaging details indicate a single board per unit, with mounting or mobile framing handled as separate purchases, enabling flexible deployment across various work areas.
