The Accuform NMC PSB611GNWT Wet Zone Store-Boards are purpose-built shadow boards designed for use in wet environments to help organize and color-code cleaning tools by zone or task. This board emphasizes visibility and quick identification, supporting HACCP-based workflows by creating a defined control point that helps prevent cross-contamination and keeps equipment separated according to its designated use. The board is supplied in a Max-Duty Aluminum construction with a green board surface and white shadow color, offering a durable, corrosion-resistant option suitable for damp locations.
Constructed as a board-only configuration, this model measures 68 inches high by 30 inches wide and is sold individually. It supports customization through shadow boards, allowing the color-coded shadow to match the tools and processes it is meant to organize. A frame is available separately to mobilize the Store-Board for flexible placement, and a Combo Kit option includes stainless steel hardware and tools that align with the shadow color, facilitating quicker setup and consistency across the work area.
Practically, the Store-Board helps facilities assign clear storage and handling protocols for cleaning equipment, reducing cross-contact risks in foodservice, processing, or other environments where hygiene and zone control are critical. When considering installation, note that the frame required for mobility is sold separately, and the board is intended to be used as part of a broader store-board system designed to support standardized color-coding and traceability across cleaning operations.
