The Accuform NMC PSB112YLGN Dry Zone Store-Boards Shadow Boards Combo Kit is designed to clearly designate clean and dry zones within HACCP-driven facilities. By color-coding tools and storage areas, this system helps prevent cross-contamination and keeps specified equipment separated, supporting a managed food safety program. The kit aligns with a shadow board concept and uses a color scheme that matches the included tools to reinforce correct placement and quick visual checks during routine operations.
Constructed with Accu-Shield material and stainless steel hardware, the combo kit is designed to stand up to the demands of busy dry storage environments. The board features a generous 68-inch high by 30-inch wide footprint, providing ample space to organize tools and equipment. The color combination specified for this kit is Yellow board with a Green shadow color, and the tools included in the combo are color-matched to that shadow board for easy identification. All hardware in the combo kit and board-only configurations is stainless steel, which helps resist corrosion and simplifies cleaning in sanitary environments.
Practical use of this system includes mobilizing your Store-Board with a frame sold separately, enabling flexible placement and reconfiguration as workflow or cleaning routines change. The kit is sold as an individual unit, and the Shadow Board supports customizable shadowing to fit specific site requirements. Consider this setup when establishing a defined dry zone with clearly labeled tools to maintain separation from other areas and to support HACCP-based monitoring of critical control points.
