The Accuform NMC PSB112BUWT Dry Zone Store-Boards Shadow Boards Combo Kit is designed to help designate and maintain separation of cleaning tools within dry zones as part of an HACCP-compliant facility management approach. This kit packages a blue board with white shadow color coding to visually mark areas and equipment that must remain uncontaminated from other zones, supporting a controlled cleaning workflow and preventing cross-contamination. The board is constructed with Accu-Shield material and includes stainless steel hardware for durability in a wet or dry environment, aligning with typical facility maintenance standards.
The combo kit features a coordinated color system where tools included in the kit match the shadow color, aiding quick identification and reducing mix-ups during shift changes or zone transitions. The board dimensions are 68 inches high by 30 inches wide, providing a substantial visibility surface, and the package is offered with a frame as a separate accessory to enable mobile deployment around the facility. Each component is designed to withstand routine handling in maintenance operations while maintaining easy cleaning and sanitization practices.
Practical use of this product centers on clearly labeling dry zones and ensuring that designated tools remain within their defined areas. It is suitable for facilities that manage multiple cleaning tasks across different shifts or zones and want a standardized visual system. Note that the frame for mobility is sold separately, and the kit emphasizes stainless steel hardware for reliability in secure mounting and environmental exposure typical of maintenance areas.
