Safehouse Signs NP-862483 Plastic 7x17 sign communicates a safety reminder to workers: Wash Hands Before Returning To Work, accompanied by a hand pictogram. This notice sign is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, leveraging a moisture- and weather-resistant plastic substrate to maintain legibility across varying conditions. The construction utilizes a .040 polystyrene material, chosen for economical durability in high-traffic or exposed environments. The sign includes pre-drilled mounting holes and radius corners to facilitate straightforward installation and handling in common facility settings.
The 7x17 inch footprint balances visibility with practical placement on walls or entry points within workplaces, break areas, or common corridors. The plastic sign is prepared for versatile mounting options, supporting a range of indoor and sheltered outdoor locations where hygiene reminders are appropriate and where navigating around corners or tight spaces is a consideration due to the sign’s rounded edges. While exact compliance details aren’t specified, the material characteristics imply suitability for general facility maintenance uses where durable, low-cost signage is advantageous.
Recommended use includes placement at entry points or re-entry zones where workers should re-wash hands prior to resuming tasks. When selecting mounting locations, consider the sign’s size in relation to surrounding signage and sightlines to ensure it captures attention without obstructing pathways. The product is packaged as an individual sign, with pre-drilled holes intended to simplify installation on appropriate surfaces using compatible fasteners.
