The Safehouse Signs M-001932 fiberglass notice sign is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, delivering a clear reminder to wash hands before returning to work. Measuring 10x14 inches, this sign provides a durable, weather-ready communication piece suitable for entryways, break rooms, or work zones where sanitation reminders are important. The content is presented in both English and Spanish: "Wash Hands Before Returning To Work / Aviso Lavese Las Manos" to accommodate bilingual environments.
Construction is centered on fiberglass, which offers rigidity and weather resistance. The sign notes a special scratch-resistant coating intended to help protect the surface from weather exposure, mold, mildew, and stains. It is described as non-conductive, a feature that can be relevant in facilities with electrical safety considerations. The design includes rounded corners and pre-drilled mounting holes where applicable, facilitating straightforward installation on walls or other mounting surfaces. While the product’s exact chemical resistance and environmental ratings aren’t quantified here, the combination of fiberglass with the stated coating suggests suitability for durable indoor/outdoor use and chemical vapor environments.
Practical usage considerations include choosing mounting locations that maximize visibility for workers, especially in high-traffic areas or near workstations where hand hygiene is emphasized. When ordering, note the package size is listed as "Each" and the manufacturer part number is SHSM-001932 to ensure you receive the correct sign for your facility. As with any exterior sign, verify weather exposure, mounting surface compatibility, and local vandalism considerations to determine long-term performance in your specific environment.
