The Safehouse Signs GL-168933 Exit Right Arrow Glow is a compact exit indicator designed for visibility in low light. This 10x14 inch sign is constructed from economical yet durable .040 polystyrene plastic, offering a lightweight option for areas where walls or panels require compliant, clearly marked egress guidance. The sign features a glow-in-the-dark, photoluminescent layer that provides hours of illumination after exposure to ambient light, assisting visibility during power interruptions or in darkened spaces.
Standard mounting is simplified by pre-drilled holes and rounded (radius) corners, enabling quick installation on walls or across corridors. The combination of a right-pointing arrow and the EXIT designation communicates directional egress clearly to occupants, supporting safe evacuation routes in facilities such as offices, corridors, stairwells, and public access areas. The laminate over the glow layer helps protect the sign’s visual elements from routine wear and tear while preserving legibility over time.
When planning placements, consider the luminance duration and the environmental context to ensure the photoluminescent performance meets your needs. The compact 10x14 size offers a balance between conspicuity and placement flexibility, making it suitable for mid-sized spaces where clear directional signaling is required after lights-out. The sign is intended for surface mounting and ships as a single unit, ready for installation wherever a luminous exit indicator is appropriate.
