The Safehouse Signs FD-4 Stop Proceed Slowly Floor Decal is a 17-inch, anti-slip floor marking designed for high-traffic areas. It serves as a clear, self-contained instruction area on the floor, guiding pedestrians with mixed commands in a single visual message. The durable nature of the decal supports frequent foot traffic, helping to maintain visibility and legibility in active environments where floor guidance is essential.
Construction-wise, this decal uses a self-adhesive vinyl base with a non-slip overlaminate, which contributes to its riding-surface durability and helps resist wear from foot traffic. The backing features a strong adhesive and a peel-off liner, facilitating straightforward application to clean, smooth floor surfaces. These features matter because reliable adhesion and surface protection extend the decal’s service life in busy facilities, reducing the need for frequent replacements.
This 17-inch decal is suitable for use in commercial and industrial spaces where clear floor directives are needed to manage flow or remind pedestrians to stop, proceed, or move cautiously. Before application, ensure the floor surface is clean and dry to support adhesion. The packaging lists the item as a single-unit (Each) decal, so ordering is straightforward for spot replacements or single-location deployments. Consider replacement intervals based on foot traffic patterns and floor cleaning schedules to maintain legibility and effectiveness over time.
