Safehouse Signs FD-25 Exit Up Arrow Floor Decal is a 17-inch vinyl floor marking designed to clearly indicate an emergency exit path with an up-arrow orientation. Built for indoor use, this decal is constructed from self-adhesive vinyl and features a non-slip overlaminate to help maintain visibility and reduce slip risk in high-traffic areas. The combination of a strong adhesive backing and a peel-off liner enables straightforward, durable installation on suitable indoor floor surfaces, supporting quick wayfinding for occupants and responders alike.
The product’s engineered materials focus on longevity under heavy pedestrian traffic. The vinyl substrate resists wear, while the non-slip overlaminate provides traction for foot traffic, helping to preserve legibility of the exit indication over time. This is particularly relevant for facilities with frequent foot traffic, where floor markers must endure frequent contact and occasional cleaning without rapid degradation. The FD-25 is intended for indoor environments where permanent, clearly visible directional cues are required.
For planning and purchasing, note that the decal is specified as a 17-inch, single-unit item, categorized under facility maintenance. Its permanent self-adhesive backing is designed to bond to clean, flat indoor floor surfaces, and the included liner simplifies application during installation. As with all floor decals, verify surface compatibility and prepare the substrate prior to application to maximize adhesion and longevity.
