Accuform NMC MGT200CTP OSHA Caution Safety Tags are blank, yellow card stock tags designed for on-the-spot communication of cautionary information in workplaces. The traditional OSHA-style design is recognizable and widely used for documenting hazardous situations that require attention, with a Caution header signaling conditions that could lead to minor or moderate injuries if not addressed. These tags are intended to be written on with specific instructions or notes to clearly convey situational cautions to workers and supervisors.
Construction utilizes card stock material, and each pack contains 25 tags measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". The design supports hand-written entries, enabling quick, flexible labeling for temporary or evolving conditions, work stoppages, or process alerts. The pack quantity and standard tag size make it convenient for maintenance use in facilities where caution messages need to be issued repeatedly across different work areas.
Practical considerations for use include selecting the appropriate writing surface and ink that adheres well to card stock and remains legible over time. As with any caution tagging system, ensure tags are securely affixed to the relevant equipment, area, or notice point and that legibility is maintained through routine inspections or replacements as conditions change. These features align with common facility maintenance practices that rely on clear, hand-written cautions to support safe operation in dynamic environments.
