The Zing Green 7576 Electrical Lockout Belt Kit is a portable, all-in-one solution designed to support on-the-job electrical maintenance activities. Packaged in a compact 6" H x 8" W x 1" D pouch, this kit consolidates essential lockout components into an accessible, ready-to-use enclosure that helps streamline lockout processes at the worksite.
Constructed to broaden breaker coverage, the kit includes a mix of red-dipped lockout hardware and safety devices: two 1" red dipped hasps, two Do Not Operate tags, two padlocks, one 120/277V clamp-on breaker lockout, one 480/600V breaker lockout, one multi-pole breaker lockout, and two cable ties. This combination supports standard electrical lockout procedures by providing the fundamental locking, tagging, and device options commonly needed for single- and multi-breaker applications. The inclusion of both clamp-on and multi-pole lockouts facilitates handling of a range of equipment configurations, while tags reinforce proper hazard communication at non-active shutdown points.
For practical use, the belt kit’s compact, portable form factor helps technicians keep essential lockout components together in the field, reducing the risk of misplaced devices and enabling quick deployment during maintenance tasks. When selecting this kit, verify that the included devices align with your specific electrical systems and breaker configurations, and ensure proper compatibility with your facility’s lockout/tagout procedures. Regular inspection of components and adherence to established safety protocols remain important to maximize the effectiveness of lockout operations.
