The Zing Green 7390 Forklift Lockout Kit provides a dedicated, manageable solution for safely securing forklifts during maintenance and repair work. This kit centers on a universal forklift/plug/valve lockout device designed to isolate power and mechanical controls, ensuring the equipment cannot be operated while service is in progress. In addition to the lockout device, the kit includes a padlock to secure the assembly and four equipment lockout tags for clear, visible lockout documentation. The package also contains four cable ties to help affix and organize lockout components as needed in busy maintenance environments. The included LP-tank lockout capability expands the range of lockout points, supporting safe procedures where fuel systems require isolation during service.
The composition of the kit—comprising one universal lockout device, one padlock, four equipment tags, and four cable ties—facilitates a compact, ready-to-use solution for maintenance teams. The emphasis on standard lockout components helps ensure that procedures stay consistent across different maintenance tasks and locations. Maintaining proper lockout practices is critical for preventing accidental operation of forklifts and associated fuel systems during service work, and having a complete kit on hand supports traceability and accountability in the maintenance process.
This kit is intended for forklift maintenance and repair scenarios, with packaging described as individual units. For best results, ensure all components are used in accordance with your facility’s lockout/tagout program and any applicable safety guidelines. The kit’s universal device and accompanying parts are designed to support reliable lockout actions when accessing forklifts or LP tanks for servicing.
