The Zing Green 7372 Mini Lockout Station is a compact, wall-mounted solution designed to store and organize lockout devices and safety tags for quick access during energy control procedures. This station accommodates a ready-to-use assortment including twelve 1.5-inch padlocks, four 3-inch padlocks, one 1-inch hasp, one 1.5-inch hasp, and a 10-pack of safety tags, providing a complete setup to support small-team lockout tasks. Its interior layout and included hardware are arranged to streamline everyday lockout workflows, helping workers locate the necessary lockout components efficiently and maintain organization on site.
Constructed to fit entry-level or smaller facilities, the station measures 13.5 inches high by 14.5 inches wide, striking a balance between accessible storage and minimal wall space consumption. The package contents are designed to simplify initial deployment: the mix of padlocks and hasps covers common locking needs, while the included tags support clear identification of locked-out equipment and procedures. This setup is particularly suitable for teams starting lockout/tagout programs or those with limited storage infrastructure, enabling rapid procurement of a complete station without sourcing individual items separately.
For best results, place the station in a central, secure location where authorized personnel can quickly access locks and tags during maintenance or repair work. Because the provided contents are fixed, verify that the included padlocks, hasps, and tags align with your facility’s standard procedures and compatibility requirements before installation. Regular review of the station’s contents and replacement of used or damaged components will help maintain readiness and compliance during lockout operations.
