The Zing Green 7134 RecycLockout Lockout Bag Kit is a comprehensive lockout solution designed for maintenance and repair tasks. The kit includes 35 lockout devices housed in a water-repellent and fire-retardant pouch that is made in the USA from 100% recycled fabric. The pouch features double-sewn seams for durability and a PVC-free coating, with a drawstring closure and locking metal hasp to securely store and transport all components. This setup supports sustainability goals while meeting practical safety needs on the job.
The pouch’s construction is tailored for durability in demanding environments, using heavy-duty recycled fabric and reinforced seams to withstand daily use. By combining a broad assortment of lockout devices in a single, portable kit, it helps teams quickly organize and access the tools required for lockout/tagout procedures, promoting consistent application of safety steps during maintenance shutdowns. The kit is UL Validated for recycled content, reflecting its compliance with recycled-material standards and its alignment with LEED and other sustainability initiatives.
Key considerations for users include the kit’s 10 inches by 18 inches by 6 inches footprint and the requirement to store 35 devices securely within the pouch’s capacity. The package is identified as a single kit with a 35-device capacity, designed for centralized storage or on-site use where quick access to lockout devices is critical. While the data confirms the category, construct, and sustainability validation, it does not specify individual device types or materials beyond the pouch composition and overall capacity.
