The Zing Green ZIN7127 RecycLockout Lockout Tagout Hasp is a compact, reusable energy-control device designed to keep switches, valves, and other energy sources from being operated during maintenance or repair tasks. Constructed in the USA from non-sparking recycled aluminum, this hasp provides a durable, conductive-free solution suitable for demanding industrial environments. It measures 5 inches in length and 1.5 inches in width, with a closed-hole dimension of 1 inch, and is sized to accept multiple padlocks to secure multiple workers' energy devices simultaneously.
Key features include pry-resistant tabs that help deter tampering, aiding in the integrity of lockout/tagout procedures. The design accommodates up to six padlocks with shackles up to 3/8 inch in diameter, enabling a shared energy-control point across a team of technicians while maintaining individual lockout authority for each worker. The use of recycled aluminum aligns with sustainability goals without sacrificing the robustness required for field service work.
This hasp is suitable for a variety of lockout applications where equipment energy isolation points require multiple-authority control. When selecting this accessory, verify that the closed-hole diameter and overall dimensions fit the target equipment’s hasp slot and that the padlocks chosen have shackles within the specified size range. Each unit is packaged as a single hasp, ready to integrate into existing lockout/tagout procedures and training programs.
