The Zing Green ZIN2728 Lockout/Tagout Station is a compact, ready-to-use solution for organizing and safeguarding your lockout resources. Designed to provide quick access to locks, hasps, tags, and cable ties, this station helps streamline lockout/tagout procedures on the job. Made in the USA from recycled, impact-resistant plastic, the unit carries UL validation for recycled content, reflecting a commitment to sustainable, durable engineering. With dimensions of 23 inches high by 15 inches wide, it offers a practical footprint for shop floors or maintenance rooms while delivering the capacity to house a variety of lockout components.
The station features dual hooks capable of storing two padlocks or hasps each, and is sized to accommodate padlocks with shackle lengths of 1.5 inches or 3 inches. In use, padlocks can be secured to the hooks for added security, helping to reduce drop-off loss and ensure that each lockout device remains linked to its corresponding tag. Overall, the design emphasizes accessible organization and straightforward retrieval, which supports efficient lockout/tagout workflows rather than mandating any specific brand of accessories.
With a total of 34 components included, the Zing Green 2728 station provides a comprehensive starter kit for standard lockout/tagout practices in facility maintenance environments. The “made in the USA” origin and recycled-content validation may be important for facilities pursuing sustainable procurement goals or supplier diversity considerations, while the durable plastic construction offers corrosion resistance and longevity in typical workshop conditions. Consider this station when you need a centralized, visible storage point that keeps commonly used lockout items together and ready for use, without requiring an elaborate cabinet system.
