The Quantum QRU-12D-250-24YL is a heavy-duty, double-sided rail rack designed to maximize vertical storage in industrial spaces. Built from durable steel, this 36" long by 20" wide by 53" high rack provides a substantial 1,600 lb. total load capacity, making it suitable for organizing heavy items in garages, warehouses, packing stations, or shipping and receiving departments. The unit is configured to hold twenty-four yellow injection-molded polypropylene bins, each with an 80 lb. hanging capacity, offering a practical solution for sorting small parts, hardware, or components within a single, accessible rack system.

The bins are designed for easy handling and quick access: they mount on the rack rails with a rear hanger and feature open-front hoppers for fast retrieval. Each bin has grab features on the front, side, and back to simplify attachment, removal, and rearrangement on the rails. The bins’ autoclavable construction up to 250°F and their resistance to cold, rust, and corrosion contribute to durability in challenging environments. For added versatility, the design supports optional mobility: pre-drilled holes at the bottom of the frame allow installation of casters (sold separately) so the entire rack can be moved as needed. The unit is shipped as a kit and requires assembly, with the overall footprint and bin dimensions specified to help plan storage layouts.
